Description
Sleep better. Clear the fog. Get your focus back.
Poor sleep doesn’t always end when you get out of bed.
It can follow you into your workday as mental fog, slower decision-making, poor concentration, irritability, reliance on caffeine and that frustrating feeling that your brain simply isn’t operating as sharply as it should.
The Sleep-Focus Interface is a self-guided breathing and recovery system designed to help you work with the connection between sleep debt, nervous-system arousal and cognitive performance.
Instead of giving you another list of generic sleep tips, it provides a structured system of assessment, guided breathing practices, recovery tools and progress tracking that you can work through at your own pace.
The program is built around five practice areas and is designed around approximately 10 minutes a day.
Start by measuring the fog
Before beginning the practices, you can complete the built-in Cognitive Fog Inventory.
The seven-question assessment looks at common experiences such as drifting attention, slower decision-making, difficulty following complex conversations, caffeine reliance and irritability, giving you a baseline you can use to observe changes over time.
Your dashboard then brings your practice history, completed sessions, minutes practised, Cognitive Fog trend and 30-day progress together in one place.
A structured progression—not random breathing exercises
The Sleep-Focus Interface takes you through a connected series of practices and learning modules, including:
- Downregulation — short guided breathing sessions designed to help shift out of a highly activated state.
- Resonance Breathing — structured breathing practice focused on developing a slower, more regulated breathing rhythm.
- The Focus Interface — practices designed specifically around deliberate cognitive focus.
- Full Protocol — an approximately 10-minute combined practice bringing the system together.
- Restorative Stillness — a dedicated recovery practice for stepping away from constant cognitive demand.
- Guardrails & Environment — practical foundations for supporting the work outside individual sessions.
- 30-Day Blueprint — a structured integration plan that turns individual practices into a repeatable routine.
These are built directly into the program rather than supplied as disconnected exercises.
Short enough to use in real life
You don’t need an hour-long wellness routine every evening.
Individual practices are intentionally compact. For example, the dashboard provides a 2–4 minute Downregulation practice, 3–5 minute Resonance Breathing practice, and an approximately 10-minute Full Protocol.
That makes the system practical for busy days, demanding work schedules and periods when you know you need to regulate and recover but don’t have much time available.
Follow your progress for 30 days
The program includes a complete 30-Day Integration Blueprint with individual days that can be logged as you progress.
Your dashboard records completed sessions, total practice minutes and blueprint days, giving you a visible record of the work you’ve actually done rather than asking you to rely on memory.
Private and self-guided
There are no appointments to schedule and no live sessions required.
Your information and progress are stored locally in the app, with the program explicitly designed so that what you enter stays on your device rather than being uploaded.
The Sleep-Focus Interface gives you a practical framework for working on sleep-related cognitive fog, nervous-system regulation and focus—one short practice at a time.
